New guy with a new toy

Hi, new to the forums and look forward to learning alot about my new yota!!! I am currently deployed to Afghanistan but thanks to the internet I was fortunate enough to find this nice 86 for my new hunting truck. Can't wait to get home in August to play with this thing!!! Had my wife snap a couple cell pics. Not bad for $1700, huh?

Yep two sets of wheels/tires and a couple extra bumpers. I haven't seen the bumpers yet so I know idea what they are.

Welcome to Yotatech and thanks for your service. You have my favorite style of truck. It is a great looking truck and looks to be in great condition. Alot of info on here for you. I did my time at Sharana and Bagram. Hope you get anywhere else but Bagram.

Nah, I'm a guard guy based out of Meridian,ms. We spent 60 days mobing out of Ft Hood, then to Iraq for 30 days, then Kuwait for 60 and on to Afghanistan for the last 7 months of our tour. It's been a world tour thus far

Hey guys, one of the first things I want to do when I get home is address the rear sag. I've been researching the no cut Zuk mod and noticed a couple guys went with 11" springs to get back to stock ride height. I don't need a lift just wanting to get her back level and throw some 31's on. Does this sound like a good route?

31's will fit stock no problem.
it looks like the front torsion bars are cranked up. you could lower them to level it out.
nice truck, well bought. looks like mine lol.
welcome to yt and stay safe...

I think the 11" set should get ya about right, from what I've seen here. Easy with the opsec though, but yeah, we got away from our main body, (trikrit) spent 3 months in the sinjar desert, was an amazing place. Kinda gave me a taste for the desert!

Put a few hundred pounds over and behind the rear axle and the front will nose up.

But anyways, yeah 31" should fit without much problem, but that would depend on the tire width, rim width and backspacing / offset.
