my door wont latch

hi i have a 1989 Toyota pickup my passanger door is fine but wont latch if you slam it it just bounces back

Try playing with the adjustment of the latch on the door frame. You might need to move it towards the outside. Just loosen the two Phillips head screws and move it a little at a time

The latch mechanism is stuck or got flipped by someone. Pull it open again.
