I have a 95 4runner and when i got it the guy gave me a lot of paperwork with it. One sheet of paper has the harness diagram and says this:

Driver side:
Left turn signal is Green
Parking lights is Yellow

Passenger side:
Right turn signal is Brown
Brakes are White

My trailer has a 4 pin flat where the wires are:
Left side Yellow is turn and stop
Right side Green is turn and stop
Brown is parking lights, license plate light and side markers
White is ground

I can't get my trailer working and not sure what i can do here, any help would be great.

Wire the trailer plug to match the vehicle

You might want to also make sure you have a good ground .

I hate those 4 pin flat plugs first thing I do is get rid of them.
