I have 1989 4runner v6 and as soon as I turn the AC on its blow the fuse behind the glove box and the green light turn off...

So please help me how to fix it....don't matter how many fuse I replace keep blow out as sson I turn AC on..

Sounds like you got a short in the wiring somewhere.

This start happening all of a sudden?

Grab the factory service manual and start tracing the electrical. I wonder if the Magnetic clutch has failed and is grounding out.
