3 Inch Body Lift Automatic

I just installed the blocks. The intruction manual says to cut, ;engthen and weld the shifter linkage or somthing of that sort.

Here a picture and maybe you guys can tell me what I need to cut and weld for the transmission and transfercase.

maybe you could photoshop it and show me were to cut and how much metal to put inbetween I thinki I can figure out teh rest for welding it back together.

Try asking the company that sent your instructions.

I have a 1990 auto. I ordered the a/t brackets fron 4crawler.

NEVER used it. I have a 3" bl on mine and it all works the same.

I just lifted it and it works, so if it aint broke dont fix it.

That linkge peace for the transfercase is hitting the rear driveshaft as you can see the oval part is supposed to be down more. The transmisson shfter works fine. Taking it out of park you gotta push forward a little and then back I dont think ill change that.

For the transfercase im going to make a spacer from the floor to that mount eith teh pivot and everything should work just fine.

the two bolts that are holding that part up... looses and put some spacers in there and then rebolt it, see what that does, just an idea....

Made my own 2"bl out of 2" solid high grade alum. Didn't need to lengthen anything. Left the rubber stock pieces on the mounts then added mine, so it's about 2 1/2 maybe a lil more. No issues
