Are there any good Toyota Mechanics in and around the Raleigh area? I'm wanting to take mine in for a checkup and I'm not totally sold on the dealerships around here. I also know that alot of independent shops are a lot less expensive, I just want someone that knows Toyotas.

So I took my truck to the Toyota Dealer in Asheboro NC yesterday and they called this morning to tell me that one of timing chain guides was broken and I probably needed to replace it and the timing chain. So I said "how much?" and they said around $1000.00 bucks! I almost passed out...

Time to find a local 22RE guy...
