Ignition vs Valve timing

Put a fresh rebuilt 22r in last week, runs great but I'm not satisfied with the power output. I threw a few new parts on it when I was rebuilding it...
~LC pro torquer camshaft
~Offy Intake manifold, single plane
~Weber 38 outlaw performance package

I got an ignition system from LC that I have to install still, and some exhaust work but as is I'm not happy with the output of the new engine.

When I degreed the camshaft the zero was set at ~2.5 degrees retarded. I chalked that up to crankshaft, timing set, sprocket and camshaft all being from different aftermarket manufactures. That's where it is still set, and I was wondering if I need to move my ignition timing to compensate for the difference.

I know I need to finish tuning my weber (got an o2 wideband in the mail) but wanted to see if I need to tweak my ignition timing to match valve timing.
