I'm running IPF super low beam H4's on my stock harnessed 2002 Toyota
4Runner.

looks like the one contact might be loose causing it to heat up, just to be on the safe side u don't end up with no headlights when u need them might want to replace that connector.

I believe those are 60lo/80hi watts, right? Sounds like it's time for a relay harness:
