Rolled my 93 with 3.4 swap now running poorly

I searched in repair forum and couldnt find anything on this. I did the 3.4 swap into my 93 toy 2 years ago, and last summer i rolled it offroading. the truck sat on its side for 3 hours and when i pulled the intake hose it was full of oil. I have since replaced the cab and gotten it running again, but it sounds like a misfire in 2 cylinders. I pilled the plugs and replaced them, 2 of the plugs were covered in oil, one about twice as bad as the other. My thought is that oil leaked into the two that were on intake stroke and had the valves open, but i would think the oil should have burned out or been expelled by now. ive driven it a good 5-8 miles and still no go. I get a very rough idle and it sputters a couple times after i turn off the ignition(a friend called it dieseling). I have also added seafoam to the crankcase and the gas, i cleaned the maf sensor and the throttle body. My next steps were going to be pull the plugs and ignition controller and crank it to see if i can get it out that way, run some seafoam throttle body cleaner(which is injected while the truck's running vs the valvoline stuff i used to clean the top end) then check for compression in case of a stuck valve. Can anyone think of anything else i might try diagnostics wise? has anyone ever had this happen before?

You didn't crank over right after righting it without pulling the plugs did you?
I sure hope you didn't do any internal damage. Get a compression check done.
