ZUK mod question - Uneven leafs

I'm preparing to do a ZUK mod on my 87 pickup, but I've noticed that the right side of the truck sits an inch lower than the left. I'm afraid that after the mod is complete, it will still be uneven.
Will a ZUK mod fix this or should I be getting new leafs? Thanks!

New spring pack. A helper coil will reduce the unevenness, but probably won't prevent it.

I suppose you could screw around with a stiffer coil on the saggy side, but that'd be trial and error and not a clean fix.

Also check to make sure it's the leaf that's sagging and not the right side torsion bar for the front. The front is alot less flexible, so it tends to make the rear flex to compensate for it.
