I just replaced my Head on it. It is a 22re and all the wires are connected and it is not getting fuel. So my question is, is there a fuel bleed port on the EFI? Also when should I have power to my fuel pump?

 

There is no fuel bleed port since your fuel recirculates back to the tank. To see if you have fuel pressure, you can crack the cold start injector loose while you're cranking, just a little bit though or fuel will spray everywhere. If fuel comes out, you have fuel pressure. Your fuel pump should have power when you start cranking the engine. If you don't have power to your fuel pump, start checking over all of the wiring connections you would have touched.
