What muffler do you 3VZE guys run???

So based on research on this site I'm going to be upgrading to 2 1/4" piping from the cat to the muffler, I'm looking on input on which muffler to throw under her. I was thinking a Flowmaster 40 series, but am open to suggestions on which sounds The most beastly and healthy with the least ammount of drone at highway speeds. I already gutted the catalytic converter. I'm also interested to know what exhaust you have and if you like it or regret it????

I've got a Dynomax. Sounds pretty much like stock, but slightly lower tone. They had a great deal last summer with $75 back. End cost was $40 for tailpipe, intermediate pipe and muffler after I got the rebate back. If you are on a budget, I'd see if they have a similar deal going on. Not sure how well its all going to hold up over time (it was cheap) but so far happy and at least I don't have holes in my muffler.

Used to have a 2.25" Thrush Welded Muffler on the 3.0. (Now have the same on the 3.4 but 2.5")

I love the sound of it. Its basically a cheaper Flowmaster 40 sound. Very deep and has an excellent rumble but can get a little raspy at higher RPM.

Plus they are like $35 on Amazon

^ i agree. I used to have a slowmaster that all it did was make a bunch of noise. Now I have a cheapy thrush turbo. Good flow and quiet, sounds slightly louder than stock. But if you want performance AND some growl, go with the above borla.

I got a Flowmaster, and headers 2.5 tubing all the way back. It sounds better than any other 3.0 I've heard. I get complimented all the time.
