HELP!!! Truck wont run!!!!

Ok im new to yotatech, Heres my problem my gfs 1993 22re was due for a belt change so i knocked that out then went to start the truck to move it, it started up then ran a second or two then died. It keeps doing that everytime, the check engine light has been on for a month for the o2 sensor but truck has ran fine the whole time. I know i didnt mess it up or knock off any vaccum lines!!! (not a newbie) but not a yota wizzard either so i need help fast this is her only way to get around town HELP!!!!

I bet you did knock something loose. Look again.
