Yes, I googled my brains out....
Narrowed the problem to the rear. Vehicle has OME cs0019r medium rear springs, stock shackles, a new third member from Randy's R & P, new driveline (non-cv) from Jess at High-Angle, and I have checked the torque on transfer case outputs and pinion flanges. The transfer case flange needed tightening, which helped some with vibrations, but they still exist, primarily between 30-45 mph under mild acceleration or constant speed, but almost disappear while coasting.
I have checked angles per 4crawler & have found that both flanges are at the same angle. Driveline is in phase, greased, and brand new factory u-joints were put in the driveshaft when it was built.
I'm stumped!!!! Do I go after the transfercase output shaft next??

Upon closer inspection, my transmission mount had a slight tear on the passenger side & was collapsed a bit. Replaced with a new mount from the dealer today & MOST of the vibrations are now gone, only a slight vibration under light/mild acceleration between 40-45. The output shaft on the transfer case still has some slight front to back play in it, even after checking the torque on the 30mm nut & re-staking it.
Am I in the market for a transfer case rebuild, or at least an output bearing?
