Question 86 22re\no cold idle up related to stumble?

Forgive the noobish questions but a noob is what I am even though I am learning quick. Anyway, I was tracing worsening stumble at warm idle and after changing the plugs, wires, coil, cap, rotor, replacing most of the 3mm vacuum lines, and cleaning the throttle body I fired her up to see if it made a difference only to realize that it wasn't idling up on cold start (in the 20's here today). It was going right to 750 does this tell anybody anything? Is the lack of cold idle up related to my stumble? I adjusted my warm idle to about 950 and it smoothed out just a VERY occasional "miss". The timing chain and guides looked great when I did the valve cover 6 weeks ago and my oil and coolant are clean. I have a fuel filter to swap in when it stops snowing and have the troubleshooting procedures for the likely causes egr, tps, maf, etc(thank you yotatech!) but would rather save time if someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

I might be the IACV under the intake is plugged, or the TB passage no allowing warmup.

Thanks skypilot. I've been doing more research too and IACV came up a few times. I do have a small coolant leak so it looks like tomorrow will be spent changing hoses, bleeding the radiator and testing\cleaning the IACV. Anyone else have any input?
