starting idle bad when not warm or not cold...

..1st off...sick site..have used many discussions here to fix runners and trucks...much respect to you guys....
.curently battling the 3ZVE...
The symtoms:
-when engine temp is not warm or cold, but somewhere in between -- will fire up, but wont hold an idle until you drive for a bit, which is a huge pain when you have do some slow manuervering right away...
-it will only sputter until you drive for a bit...then it is fine...it does not need to reach full warm temp...just drive at speed for a little while...
-new issue- post throttle body cleaning- exhibits same symptom as above, but now when cold...the sputtering is not as extreme and does not last as long as if it is within mid temp range...usually can take care of it with some revs on the gas for a minute or two, then it is fine...
...Had this problem before I recently pulled the Throttle body off and gave it real good clean...put it back in and it is the same or a little worse....now it wont even start nice when cold....
- when full warm, runs and starts fine
....what do you think?
...another thing (maybe related?)...when fully warmed the idle screw will not stall the engine when it is fully screwed in...normal?...
...Driveability issues not my speciality...
I have some suspiscions regarding this, but would appreciate all help...
mahalos...
