Yea looks home made. I bought one off c list with the same idea, it was home made. Well designed and HEAVY. Didnt fit the truck thou.

Does not hurt to go look if it is close enough.

$300.00 seems a fair price compared to what new ones are going for .

see what the welds look like that where it mounts is square and level so you don`t have it out 1" one side or higher right to left

I'm considering it. Only issue is my non-stock crossmember, that doesnt exactly have bolt holes.. AKA i have to weld it on >.<

Drill and tap holes in the non stock cross member or get weld in nuts to weld into the cross member.

I have used these quite often in different fabrications with no problems
