Electrical..the next item on my list!

Ive finished the motor and have done all the maintenance needs and now its time to upgrade the electrical. I installed a 120 amp alternator and a yellow top optima battery. So now I would like to put in a dual battery setup.

I was thinking about going with 12voltguy's setup

http://www.12voltguy.com/product.php...8&bestseller=Y

After reading and searching I still have questions..my question is do I need a 100 amp or a 200 amp solenoid? (I plan on running a winch and off road lights.) would my alternator supply a 200 amp. set up or is 100 amp feasible? My other question is running two yellow tops ok or is there a better way?

sorry if this a dumb question Ive got a basic idea about the set up but cant get my head around it all.
