need advice on best fixes for 1992 4runner 3.0 VZE sagging rear end.

vehicle has 150,000 miles on it. all stock. basically used around town and up to Tahoe mountains in the winter.

will replacing the old OEM springs w/ new OEM springs and new shocks be the best/easiest thing to do?

if so, what are the best shock options? from reading the forum, it sounds like Bilsteins, followed by either KYB Gas Adjust or KYB Monomax shocks.

if not, what do you advise?

That will work. I've heard REALLY good things about Old Man Emu (OME) springs, but don't know about prices.

You nailed it. They also make coil spacers, which are rubber pucks to sit on top of your existing coils. I've used both, and both do the job. I also like the performance/price of Gas Adjust.
