hey guys, i bought my first yota yesterday and really just cant wait to start building her up. its an 88 4runner v6 with 135k miles on it. the first thing i want to do is make sure the body is looking good and try to get rid of the rust. there is rust on the wheel wells just like every other yota and a pretty good sized rust hole behind the wheel. im going to post pics the second its in my driveway but right now it isnt. im not 100% sure as to how to go about stopping rust from forming anymore but ive been reading up on other posts and slowly learning. im so excited to work on this thing all through winter and hopefully by summer have it looking and running good. my first goals are really to fab up my own front plate bumper with a stinger and then hopefully buy an aussie locker and bigger tires. i some beautiful stock rims to throw the tires on. im only a junior in high school so this is going to just be a slow build but alot of my money from work will deffinately be going into this thing. ill keep this thread updated with pictures of the work ive done and projects im working on.

the guy who sold it to me just bondoed the hole REAL quick so he could get an inspection sticker, i will be fixing this mess very soon
