Question Tacomas with manual transfer cases--what years or models?

Regarding manual transfer cases on Tacomas...

Are there recent model year V6 Tacomas where one-touch 4WD was not available? I just reviewed the options list for the 2003 4WD Tacoma and didn't see one-touch 4WD listed under anything like SR5, Power Package, Convenience Package, etc. Or did Toyota just switch to one-touch 4WD on the Tacoma just recently?

I'm just wondering where I am likely to come across a A340F/manual tcase combo--unless maybe from a T100, 4Runner or another model year Tacoma (pre 2000?).

This is what I know so far: The feature is actually called "ONE TOUCH 2-4 SELECTOR SYSTEM". I'm not sure when Toyota rolled it out but I know of at least one 2001 V6 truck that didn't have it.

Thanks in advance.
