Hoogy206's 94 Supra Pickup 4WD Pre-runner build!
Hey guys,
Here is my Project plan
The truck will be based around a 94 toyota extended cab frame and body
Engine:will be the much desired 2jz gte coming from the Supra , this will allow a solid starting point for power with almost unlimited options to add more when needed.
Transmission: using a non-turbo bell-housing it will connect to a toyota w56-e 5 speed transmission and t-case with a custom driveline e-brake from All pro
Rear Suspension: The rear 4 link Suspension will be from Giant Motorsports using Fox Coil-Overs
Front Suspension: The Front suspension will be a little more complex. i would like to swap to a solid axle using trail gear's Swap and 3 link kit again with Fox coil-overs. (this is an area where i would love to hear some feedback. will the solid axel be a good choice for desert truck racing?
Body: The body will use Fiberwerx Fiberglass 5 in fender flares in the rear, and a tundra single piece hood.
Interior: Interior is more custom, but will be fully caged, with luxuries suche as a DVD/ navigation deck with full infinity sound system with JL amps and a single Rockford Fosegate 10in sub. Full Autometer gauges.
this is my plan and would love to hear what you guys think! are there any areas where i have missed some steps?
thanks
Sam Warner
