Schneeballs are like the pastry they claim to fame. I was let down till I tried the one my wife got that was filled with marzipan and covered in dark chocolate.



We went to Colmgerg catle/fortress for diner. Was too dark to get good pics of the Fortress but the sunset view was awesome. Really cool place but personally I think German food is rather bland. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colmberg nothing listed on wiki but gives the area.



Before we left the Tacoma area, I was really liking the microbrews. Seattle had lots. I got beer in Rothenburg that the brewery was in business since 1631!!!!! Every town or village it seems has at least one brewery.
