$1900 for elocker regear X2, and rear axle seals?

i have a 94 v6 pickup and was quoted $1900 to:
regear two elockers to 4.88 richmond gears
remove and replace old seals and bearings; rear axle
mod housing for elocker diff.

does this sound ok?
how do richmond gears compare to yukon?
i have read/heard less than favorable mentions on the precision and genuine gear lines.

Does this price include the e-lockers and gears? Or do you already have them and the price is just for labor/bearings/seals? If a majority of this is labor, I would look into doing as much of it yourself as possible and maybe just pay to have the gears set up.

That cost is mostly labor....unless you're planning on just bringing the axle tubes, diffs, gears, rebuild setup kits etc...into the shop. Taking the whole truck in, that sounds about right Id think...I did mine...fooooo...freeeeeeeeeeeee
