bad gas mileage.

Can anybody tell me why my 91 4 runner is starting to get realy bad gass mileage? 160,000 mi.

In all likelyhood it has to do with the winter fuels. Ethanol and MTBE (do they still use that?) lower the BTU ratings of the fuel and thus your mileage. Mine typically goes down 5-10% every winter.
