rough spot on rebuilt steering box?

rough spot on rebuilt steering box?
I just rebuilt my steering box last night because the input shaft was leaking and now I have a little of stiffness when turning from one direction to the other. It seem fine other than that, so i was wondering if i didnt set the preload correctly?
