on my 1995 4runner but the mounting is the same for 1986-1995 trucks and 4runners.

Has a winch mount.
Has 4 light tabs two upper and two lower.
Has blinker tabs for stock blinkers.
Has single bend stinger, the one on it is viewable from the drivers seat, I also have the stock length one.
Has class 10.9 (grade 8 equivalent) hardware.

Price NEW from 4xinnovations is 360$ plus shipping and was a total of 425$ for me. I have added the tabs that anyone else would have and welded the stinger. So essentially you are saving 25$ right off the bat on the shipping as this is delivered is pretty much anywhere in Georgia. (I travel a lot).
