Can't roll up windows-crossed door wires

Can't roll up windows-crossed door wires
I took the front doors off my 92 Runner and when I hooked them back up I crossed some wires..oops..and now none of my windows will roll up. And unfortunately for me. I had the front, back, sun roof, and hatch open.
I looked through all the fuses and replaced all that looked close to blown. What would it have fried? Could it be just a normal box relay in the fuse box? Any help is appreciated.
