howling and vibrating with high RPM's

howling and vibrating with high RPM's
I dont know what it is but when I romp on the gas, the lower end or maybe the transmission...howls and vibrates. It feels like it's coming from right below my stereo. Like it doesnt want to accelerate. Any ideas?
