Hello guys, my truck has original sunroof(88 sr5 reg. cab) and i want to completely remove the sunroof. I read in the sticker that said to never run the truck without it so i guess i can remove it. Some one can give me here a hand on how to take it out? I try but it dint come easy and don't want to brake anything. Is true that regular cabs are rare to have sunroof? i read it on the web. Thanks in advance guys!

 

pinch the side of the latch system, push up until you can reach little wire retainer thing about halfway down the sunroof that needs to be disengaged..

slide the sunroof towards the back and out

hoe that helps

 

I had to take my headliner off to get to two little bolts on each attachment point.
