the back ones work. im thinking relay? but im not sure where that is located. and not having any luck on the interweb.

**and the front gets juice... i checked that. and i replaced bulbs and socket.

 

the front gets power but the bulbs don't turn on? are you testing voltage at the socket or what?

you might check the flasher unit. its a plug in module located next to the kick panel fuse box on the driver's side (at least on my 89 it is), though I think one flasher does all four turn signals.
