Help! 86 turbo 4runner won't start.

Help! 86 turbo 4runner won't start.
I have spark, plugs a gaped At .031. I get air and gasoline mix out of the exhaust, NO smoke at all. I've checked the AFM resistances all ok. It ran fine the previous day and next day it started but died right way, then started and died right away, then NO start at all. HELP!
