22R Front Oil Seal???

22R Front Oil Seal???
I have an 87 22r that has a slow oil leak somewhere on the front of the motor. I'm about 99% sure that it's the front oil seal, I know that sounds like a stupid question--"Oil Seal". But I looked in my book and that looks like the only thing it could be, but is it? I'd like some info from people with experience that fixed this problem. Is it the front oil seal?, if not what else could it be?, As with any oil leak you can't tell where it's coming from. All replies are appreciated.. Thanks.
