i flipped my truck pretty bad but the frame is still straight i want to know if a newr or older body style will fit on it with or with out modification or is it easier to ust stick with the same year cab

 

Ouch. I hope you are ok and not a few inches shorter yourself. I'd pick up another and use it for parts but I understand if you have a lot of parts / mods in that one why you might want to change cabs. I'll let someone with actual knowledge try to answer the question.

 

Easiest is to put the same year cab on
But, you can swap any year cab/bed on it with a little fab work. The frames didnt change much throughout the generations.
the body mount locations did, so you have to move a few.

Fill in your profile location-I can tell due to the lack of snow that you don't live near me, but if you did, I'm sure I could help you find a cab with a clean VIN that you could use for short money.
