Tcase Front Output Noise

When i first got my truck i noticed that when i turn the front flange by hand the bearing roars. When in 4l or 4H I hear it. It is livable in lo, but high gear boy is howls like a banshee. I lived with it but now I pulled the Tcase to put new bearings in it. The Tcase has a 4.7 gear kit already in it. After taking it apart I checked the front out bearing and i didnt see any wear to roaring to it, it spun free and smooth. So I am looking for a culprit to the noise. I am questioning the clearance for the low gear in the case. The gear fits and doesnt hit the case, but i am wondering if it had a load to it it may deflect off the aluminum case. My only problem with that assumption is I am not putting much load on the gears by turning the flange with my hand.

So I am just looking for some other ideas to look into before I put the new bearings in and button up the case.

thanks!!
