Multitude of Issues - Not Sure if Related

Multitude of Issues - Not Sure if Related
Regarding 1993 Toyota Pickup, reg cab, 4x4, 5sp.
Non functioning components are:
-Headlight reminder tone
-Dome light
-Center console digital clock
-AC/Heater backlighting (I have replaced the bulb)
-Gauge cluster backlight
Hoping you guys could help me diagnose this. I've currently checked all fuses in the engine bay and under the dash. I've also tried playing with the dimmer switch to no avail but I'm currently leaning towards replacing that as something is obviously not right (it is free spinning for a few turns and grabs randomly.) Thanks all.
