I recently made a more compressed version with more photos... everyone likes photos. Enjoy!

First of all I want to introduce myself to the forum. I have been lurking a while, finally signed up and though I would post a compressed version of my build thread. I am from Alberta Canada and love Toyota's. I love the outdoors and have a lot of experience outside but I am pretty new to overlanding and 4x4'ing. I joined up with CT4WD (Canada Toyota 4WD Association) last year and haven't looked back!



I will always keep a current picture of the truck on the first page, and keep my mods updated at this location as well to keep the thread more organized.

The truck:
95 Toyota Pickup Ext. Cab SR5
4x4, auto tranny, 3.slow V6

Mods to Date:
- diff. breathers F/R (routed behind taillight in rear and engine bay up front)
- 31x10.50x15 BFG A/T's (SOLD)
- Mickey Thompson Classic wheels (SOLD)
- 4.88 gears
- Aisin Manual hub rebuild and swap
- Intake silencer removal (ISR mod) or custom CAI
- Procomp ES9000 shocks all around
- SDORI 1.5 inch BJ spacers
- Procomp AAL
- ARB bullbar
- Hella Ecode H4 headlights
- Hella 500's w/ 4300K HID conversion (DIY here: http://www.ct4wd.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2590)
- Canopy w/4runner OEM roofrack
- Thule cargo basket on canopy
- and a WHOLE lotta maintenance, gotta make it reliable!!

MODS in process:
- new wheels/tires ----> procomp 8069 wheels 16x8 w/BFG KM2's
- Marlin Crawler rear bumper (hopefully by spring)
- LED interior instrument panel swap (from ugly green/yellow to red)

New brakes up front: Brembo rotors and EBC Greenstuff pads (what an amazing improvement over stock braking!!!)


BJ spacers, shocks, AAL installed. Testing out shock lengths etc. or... poser shots. lol

Goodbye sh**ty sealed beam headlights, hello slightly better hella h4 ecode's. (I need to do a projector retrofit or I will never be fully satisfied with my lights.)
