Fitting a Tacoma ARB onto 4Runner

Found an awesome deal for an 05 Tacoma ARB w/winch...problem is it would be going on my 99 4Runner. Anybody know if it is possible to make it fit without major reconstruction?

should fit i think the frames are the same on the front

No it will not. The bumper will be too wide and the frame mounts will be way different.
