does a 95 taco. have fuel enrichment or choke??

let me start out by saying. i traded one of my supra's for this 95 tacoma 3.4, and the truck was running perfect. well last sat i went to a mud party and it started to get where it didnt want to stay runnin, when i was playin around out in the mud and water. well i figured its cus i had mud all over the motor and some got in the air filter. (need a snorkle) well its still not doing right i go to start it when its cold and it wont idle i have to keep my foot on the gas and rev it to about 3 grand for a min then while still on the gas put it in drive and the rpm drops to almost dieing. but after it warms up it idles at 1500 in neutral or park ,wayyy to much. then in drive it drops to 1000 still to high.. but when i get on the gas it cuts out alot at 3000 rpm, and untill i put it on the floor ,it wont rev any more. its like its running out of gas. but its running very rich. so i figure its the fuel enrichment. i figure thats what it has, since all my supra's have that. could it be since i sucked up alil muddy water that the maf, and tb needs cleaning? any help would be apreciated!!

I put a scanner on the truck today. Said it had 3 codes on intake so I took all the intake off. And it was full of muddy water. I cleaned it all out. Cleared the codes and they never came back up. I checked the input of the tps and it was jumpy ,On the voltage going to it. My teacher said that's probably my problem. It supost to go up smothly. Also I checked the fuel filter and it was good. But when I took it off and re instaled it it ran perfect for a min then started messin up again. I might replace it and go from there.
