Hey guys, Ive just swapped a 94 22re into my 89 pickup and I have a sensor that I cant seem to match up with my 89 harness. Can you guys help me figure out if its nessecary and/or can I just bypass it somehow?



Im almost done with this swap and I need to figure this plug out ASAP! Its the last thing I cant figure out, besides that everything else is done.

It goes to the EGR, My 93 did not have it & my 94 does. If you don't have a plug for it don't worry about it. If it bugs you unscrew it & plug the hole or swap your old EGR.

 

thanks so much! makes my job much easier now. Now I just have to trace back the knock sensor wire to the harness so i can splice the cut and im done with the motor. once again thanks.
