so had head gasket leak on my 95 4runner. all seemed well. cleaned all parts. followed my previous knowledge and fsm. got her all back together and kludunk kludunk kludunk. yay. apparently the motor had hydrolocked. usually i pick up on those things. YaY bent #1 rod. so much money/time into her too. all for this. blah! if i had time i'd 3.4 swap, but leaving country in two weeks for 4 years. first $2500 takes her home i guess. new a/c comp new p/s pump cap wires iridiums optima yellowtop rad bluetooth stereo etc. etc. p/m me if in ca and can take off my hands immediately. beware and always triplecheck is my advice i guess.
