Changing spark plugs with SC in the way

I just bought a 2000 SR5 4runner 4wd with the 1st gen. super charger (gray) on it. I want to change the plugs. The plugs on the drivers side look to be pretty easy...but the ones on the passenger side look like they will be hell to get to.

Is it hard to access the 3 plugs on the passenger side? Do I need any special tools? Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks

A swivel socket on an extension worked pretty well for me

That's all? You didn't have to take off anything or move anything? I take it you have the same gray 1st gen TRD SC that I have.

Thanks...I'll give it a shot.
