no one on here who has done this swap lives near placerville? I have a barn with lift and pnumatic tools, just want experienced person to help me out to save alot of time and headache.

damn could of sworn there were alot of toy builders in placerville

 

mainly wiring wrong and having the check engine light be on forever is scaring me. happened when i put a new motor in my datson.

I guess being two and a half months out before I swap in mid dec. gives me enough time to make my own wiring harness. I will search and study this forum well. Helpful if you stumble across this and happen to recall your favorite instructions for preparing the wiring please share with me. I will only have one week in mid december to do the entire swap so I want it to run smoothly, that is why I want to hire an experienced 5vz swapper to save time mainly. Also tacoma and 4runner are california trucks and tacoma passed smog last week. If I transfer everything from the tacoma, emissions related, i should not worry about the ref in sac right?
