pressure metering valve

I have a 91 toyota pickup with brake problems. The problem is the I rebuilt the front brakes and the rear, but the problem is the rear. It lockes on me, Ive bleed the whole system and everthing comes out clean. I heard that there was a pressure metering valve adjustment but i just dont know how to adjust it. Ive bleed that valve and it comes out clean, no air and no dirty fluid. Any suggestions would be help.

Did you do something with the LSPV on the truck? It's what should prevent the problem you're experiencing:
