Actually, driving right through Atlanta, up I-75.

143K on axles & the truck as a whole.

It includes the entire axle, not dissassembled with the exception of the brakes. I needed them for my '99.

In fact, because of health issues with the Wife, I will not be making the trip at all unless someone along this route buys these.
Ball's in your court...

Thanks. Definitely interested but all I NEED is a a left rear axle shaft for my 2001....not sure if I want to spend all the extra money for something I'd likely end up regearing anyway.....It's definitely not a bad deal just not sure I NEED it and money is kinda tight right now for this type of stuff.

Well, since you have an 01, then you don't have locker for the rear ( unless you already got one, or an ARB )

I do know my 99 with the 4.3 gears is a lot peppier than my Wifes 97 with the 4.1's, and I have 33's as compared to her 31's.

Anyway, having a locker would be nice, wouldn't it?
You would be re-gearing a bit without the cost of going to a shop to set up the gears, and you would not need a new axle shaft. In fact, you could keep the old axles for spare parts.
It's all shade tree mechanic type wrenching as opposed to installing an ARB & re-gearing. Pretty tough stuff there. In fact, the whole thing would be cheaper than just the purchase of the ARB.
Hint hint...

I do understand the money being short thing...it is an INVESTMENT in your rig that you would recoup if you decide to sell

SO I know this is an old thread, but I just got the part today...

I bought the whole axle with diff and it arrived in good condition. He even helped me find affordable shipping (ended up sending it from FL to Boston via a craigslist rideshare).

Anyway, great review for this sale.
