auto trans noise

About a month ago i noticed this buzz/rattle that sounds like its coming from inside the tranny, near the bell housing. The tranny fluid was changed recently and i think the noise started shorty after.

Ive checked the fluid level a few times and it looks ok. It doesnt slip or have any trouble shifting.

I felt around the tranny and nothing i can see is vibrating on the outside.

and the noise pauses when the steering wheel is turned.

Heres a clip of the noise

thanks.

Torque Converter is starting to go, my guess is the pause you hear when turning the wheel is from the load the power steering pump puts on the engine which slows slightly when at idle, my converter makes the same sound but now will not engage and my fluid while full is not bright anymore. When cold reverse will kick in for 30 seconds, but once it warms, its a no go. New TC is around $150 give or take. From the cheaper parts places. I haven't made up my mind if I want to swap in a 5 speed or just fix it. I've got the A340F, of course if I could find a cheap 3.4 engine with all the trimmings I'd do the swap!
