changed altonator and shorted something out, i have no power, please help

1993 toyota truck 22re 5 speed: forgot to disconnect battery while changing altenator and the power cable running to the altenator hit the side of the motor and sparked real bad. now i have no power, only head lights dome light and door dinger work, checked all the fuses and didnt find any blown.

You probably blew the 80 amp fuse in the fuse box by the battery, if so that will kill the power to everything. If thats the case that fuse is bolted in, unclip the fuse holder and pull it out from the bottom of the fuse box, remove the bolts holding the fuse in place and remove the old fuse. Put back together in the reverse order.
