85 idle issue?

I have a 85 22r 4x4 Toyota truck that I bought new back in 85. Has about 200,000miles on it and now it sits in a barn in Canada. The family has a cottage up there and when I visit the Toyota gets used as my fishing rig. It gets me back to my favorite fishing spots. I just came back from Canada a few weeks ago and had a two problems with my truck after sitting for 2 years.
First thing was that it wouldn't turn over so I had to pull start it. After a few 100 yards it fired over. Found out the starter was bad and replaced it with a new one.
Second issue was with the idle, but the truck ran fine otherwise. I drained the fuel tank and filled the tank up with new fuel and a bottle of sea foam. Put on a new fuel filtrer while I was at it. Took out the air filtel and tapped it on the ground and all kinds of particles came flying out so I replaced the air filter also. Had a can of carb cleaner so I sprayed down the carb real good but the old yota still doesn't idle. I messed with one of the screws next to the throttle cable which increased the idle so it wouldn't stall when I was at a stand still.
I went through a tank of gas and it seemed to idle a little better but it's still does not idle correctly. I am thinking that maybe one of the jets might have something in it but don't know where to look. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks:
Shivesy

You will probably need to pull the carb and take it a part and clean it out, it would also be a good time to rebuild it as well. Carbs don`t like setting for long periods of time.

I'm thinking about going to a nearby junk yard aound here and buying a carb from them. Then buy 2 rebuild kits and fix the junk yard carb up here at home. Then the next time I take a trip up to Canada just swap out the carbs. I just don't want to spend a half day rebuilding a carb on my 7 day vacation. Too much fishing to be had.
I guess I could buy a rebuilt carb for around $200 and swap them out but then I would need to send the core back and that would leave me with just one carb. With the junk yard carb I would always have a spare after the original one got rebuilt.
Doesn't the carb I have on this truck have some jets that are easy to get to. Surely there is just some small piece of trash in one of the jets. Like maybe the idle jet.

The jets are inside the carb, so you would need to remove the top half of the carb to get at them.
