So I put a 6" fabtech lift in about 6 weeks ago. All went in fine, then I started the truck, pump made some crazy noises and fried up. Mind you every thing worked fine before install. So I bought a new pump. Cleaned out lines and rack and then installed new pump. Same thing. Well just tried a 3rd pump and well now I'm here. So I have a new rack and pump in the mail coming. Does any one know the proper bleed procedure for powersteering system, or am I just stupid? Basically I can't even start the engine to do the wheel turn bleed procedure with out frying the pump. I've even disabled the ignition and used the starter to crank engine as an attempt to bleed. Running out of options and freakin money need advice.
