low beams dont work but high beam does????
My 91 surf has a headlight issue- only one has stoppped working on normal beam, but still works on high beam- any ideas? i guess it cant be the bulb if the high beam still works

your headlights
Hey you have a bad bulb. The highs will work fine but the filiment in your bulb has burned out for the brights. Just swap out the bulbs and you will see.
